The official attendance of the Chief of Staff to the President, Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, at the Nigeria Diaspora Economic Conference in Canada has continued to attract reactions from members of the Nigerian community in the diaspora.
The conference brought together Nigerians and stakeholders to discuss economic opportunities, investment, partnerships and ways of strengthening the contributions of Nigerians in the diaspora to national development.
Reacting to Gbajabiamila’s presence at the event, Lagos-based blogger and street journalist, Fegiro Johnson, described the former Speaker of the House of Representatives as a trusted name whose leadership qualities continue to attract recognition.

Johnson, who signed the statement as a street journalist based in Lagos, described Gbajabiamila’s participation in the conference as another opportunity for Nigerians in the diaspora to engage with a key figure in the administration.
Similarly, an Instagram user, i_am_hemmysax, expressed appreciation for Gbajabiamila’s presence at the conference.
